摘要
通过直接利用杂交水稻种子筛选SSR标记,进行种子纯度鉴定。结果表明,采用10粒杂交种子的DNA建立DNA池用于引物的筛选,可以有效地避免采用单粒杂交种子时,因假杂种可能造成的干扰。该方法克服了已有的DNA分子标记在鉴定种子纯度技术中对亲本材料的依赖,实现了即使在经销商不愿或无法提供亲本材料时也可以进行杂交种子纯度鉴定。此外,本方法还缩短了鉴定时间,并节约了鉴定费用。
A new method for hybrid seed purity detection was reported here, which screening specific markers for identifying seed purity with hybrid seeds directly. DNA pool mixtured by 10 hybrid seeds was employed in the method,which could eliminate possible effects caused by artificial hybrid seeds. This method could be applied even no parent material available,and could also save time and be more costless.
