摘要
佛山市图书馆在"以人为本,快乐工作"的管理理念指导下,把人才作为事业发展的立业之本、竞争之本、发展之本,从引进人才、使用人才、培训人才、管理人才等方面开展人本管理的实践探索,使图书馆在各项工作中取得了良好业绩,成为本地城市文化建设的一座风向标。
Under the guidance of the management concept "taking people as orientation and happily working", Foshan Library takes talents as the foundation of the cause, competitiveness and the development, and explores people-orientated management from the aspects of introducing talents, using talents, training talents, managing talents and so on, so that libraries could achieve good performance in all areas of work, becoming a leader of local urban cultural construction.
