摘要
哈尔滨市图书馆在2004年评估中被评为国家一级馆。随着2008年全国公共图书馆评估的到来,要借鉴以往成功经验,加强图书馆领导,实行责任到人,规范档案管理,注重藏书建设的协调性与完整性。此外,公共图书馆要坚持图书馆的公益性,提升服务理念,提高服务质量,为读者开展深层次、现代化的特色服务。
Harbin Library was evaluated as the library at the first level in the evaluation of public libraries in 2004. With the coming of national public library evaluation in 2008, Harbin Library introduces the successful experience, which are strengthening the leadership and document management and enforcing the harmonization and integrity of the collection construction. Besides, the public library should hold on the public welfare, improve service ideas and quality, and provide special services for readers.
