摘要
目的:为先天性肺动脉狭窄扩张术和肺移植术选择与受体肺动脉直径相配的供体提供解剖学基础。方法:游标卡尺测算108例成人尸体的两侧肺动脉心包内段的直径。结果:左、右侧肺动脉直径分别为13.1±3.0mm、16.3±3.5mm,两直径相比,有显著性差异(t检验P<0.001);男性组和女性组相应侧肺动脉直径无明显差异(t检验P>0.5)。结论:左、右侧肺动脉狭窄应分别将其直径扩大到13.1±3.0mm、16.3±3.5mm。
Objective:To provide anatomic basis for choosing a donator with a suitable pulmonary artery diameter with receptor during extension of congenital pulmonic stenosis and lung transplantation.Methods:Diameters of pulmonary arteries within pericardium of both sides were measured with vernier calliper on 108 adult cadaver specimens.Results:Diameters of left pulmonary artery(13.1±3.0 mm) was significantly smaller (P<0.001) than that of right pulmonary artery(16.3± 3.5 ).No significant differences were found between males′ or females′ pulmonary artery at the same side(P>0.5).Conclusions:Diameters of left and right pulmonary artery must be extended to 13.1 ±3.0 mm and 16.3±3.5 mm respectively for pulmonic stenosis.The same side of the pulmonary artery should be provided to receptor during lung transplantation.
