摘要
针对荫罩式等离子屏板精密定位的特点,研制开发了一套基于计算机视觉的屏板精密定位装置,装置以工业控制计算机为核心,通过光、机、电的有机结合,可实现前基板、荫罩和后基板三者之间的全自动精密平面定位。系统采用快速图像边缘检测技术、特征图型标识识别技术和精密驱动控制技术,可确保较高的检测与定位精度。实验结果表明,基于计算机视觉的高精密定位装置可实现的精密定位。
In the light of the features of SMPDP planes, a precise plane positioning device was established base on computer vision technology. According to the signals from the CCD sensors, the computer controlled mechanical drive system could achieve auto high-accuracy position detection and precise positioning of the up-plane, the down-plane and the mask. To reduce the time of image process and improve the accuracy of positioning, the algorithms such as fast image edge detection, character extraction and positioning control strategy are proposed. The experimental results showed that the positioning apparatus could achieve positioning accuracy of.
