摘要 多色集合的元素和集合整体都能够被同时涂上一些不同的颜色,用来表示研究对象整体和其中元素的性质。本文用多色集合的元素表示产品族的零部件,用统一颜色表示产品整体属性,用个人颜色表示零部件属性,建立了面向大批量定制的产品族结构及配置模型,并提出了基于该模型的产品族配置算法。根据该算法可实现按照客户需求进行产品族配置。该方法采用形式化的表达与推理,易于通过编程实现。最后结合一个实例验证了方法的可行性。 The element of Polychromatic Sets and the whole sets could be paint with some different colors, which express the studied object and properties of its elements. Using the elements of Polychromatic Sets to express component parts of the pruduct family, using the unified color to express product's property, using the individual color to express component parts' properties, a configuration moldel was put forward based on the structure of mass customization_oriented pruduct family. An implementing algorithm for the new model is presented. Using this algorithm we can achieve the configuration of product family according to the customers' demands, with the formalization of expression, this method can be actualized by simple and flexilble programs. Finally an example is analyzed to verify the feasibility of this method.
