The distributed control system of sewage treatment based on PROFIBUS-DP

文章主要介绍了基于PROFIBUS-DP的污水处理集散控制系统的设计。本系统下位机采用PLC,上位机采用WinCC作为监控系统。PLC通过PROFIBUS-DP网络实现对现场的数据采集以及污水处理各环节设备的控制。上位机采用组态软件通过MPI网络实现对系统状态的监控以及调整。

The paper introduce how to design the distributed control system of sewage treatment based on PROFIBUS-DP .The DCS is made of PLC used as field controlling devices and WinCE; which is used as monitoring system. PLC is mainly used for collecting data and controlling the field devices through PROFIBUS-DP network. The configuration software WinCC can communicate with sub-network in order to monitor and adjust the condition of field devices through MPI.
