摘要
文章介绍基于PLC和触摸屏的玻璃清洗机控制系统的设计方案、系统组成、硬件配置和软件结构。硬件主要由S7-300PLC和TP170B触摸屏构成,软件采用STEP7 V5.3应用软件包和WinCC flexible 2004组态软件设计。实际运行表明,所设计的系统具有自动化程度高、可靠性高和人机交互友好等特点。
This paper introduces design scheme, components, hardware equipment and software structure of control system of glass-cleaning machine based on PLC and touch screen. The hardware mainly consists of S7-300 PLC and TP170B touch screen. The software is designed with STEP7 V5.3 program package and WinCC flexible 2004 configuration software. The actual application confirmed that the designed system presents the characteristics of high automation, high reliability and friend man-machine alternation.
