元《宝昌州创建接官厅记》杂考

An Examination of the Stone Inscription "Celebrating the Opening of the Official Reception Hall of the Baochang District" from the Yuan Dynasty

1925年在河北沽源九连城发现的石碑《宝昌州创建接官厅记》,碑额以八思巴字题写,碑文记载了元至正年间宝昌州官员捐资兴建接官厅的起因和经过,内容涉及到兴和路宝昌州设置、州境巡检司的设立、官员捐资现象、两都之间往返路线以及驻跸地点等史实,提供了不少有价值的历史信息。

In 1925 a stone stele was discovered in the current Jiulian City,in Guyuan County of Hebei province.The inscription on the stele is titled ＂Celebrating the opening of the Official Reception Hall of the Baocheng District＂.The inscription is written in hphags-pa Mongolian.It records the reasons and the process of building the Official Reception Hall for the Baochang District using funds donated by the local officials during the First Year of Zhizheng Era in Yuan dynasty.The inscription contains some quite interesting historical records,such as the establishment of the Baochang District in the Xinghe Province,the establishment of the District Circuit Inspection Office,the phenomenon of donations by officials,the route for the royal family when it moves between the two capitals of the Yuan dynasty,where the royal family may make stopovers.
