大轮直径测量的多滚轮多模式采样方法

摘要 多滚轮法测量大轮直径比单滚轮法测量大轮直径对测量电路提出更高要求。针对测量滚轮光栅刻线误差修正和测量数据相关分析的需要,提出了基于双计数器的多滚轮多模式采样技术,设计了多模式采样电路,并给出了大轮"打滑"信号的辨识与剔除的仿真测量结果,结果表明,双计数器多模式采样方法能辨识出大轮表面局部位置上的微弱"打滑"信号,采样数据可靠。 Severe demands on measuring circuits for the multi-rollers method are needed compared with single roller method in the measurement of large wheel diameter. In view of the correction for engraving error of grating and the need for the correlated data analysis, a novel multi-modal sampling technology for measuring grating signals based on double counters was put forward, the design of multi-modal sampling circuits was described in detail and the simulation results of distinguishing and rejecting skidding signals of large wheel were given, which indicated that by the multi-modal sampling technology with double counters, the weak skidding signals on very small areas of large wheel surface could be distinguished and the sampling data were reliable.
