水相中二苯甲醇的简便绿色合成方法的研究 被引量:6

A Facile and Green Synthesis of Diphenylmethanol in Aqueous Media

摘要 通过以水-醇体系为反应介质,硼氢化钾为还原剂还原二苯甲酮,合成二苯甲醇的研究,确定以PEG400作为醇,添加量为二苯甲酮物质的量的0.5倍,反应时间0.5 h时为最佳反应条件,收率为97.2%。该反应时间短,在室温下进行,后处理简单,母液可以回收套用,且收率高,对环境友好。 According to study of synthesis diphenylmethanol by reducing benzophenone with KBH4 in the participation of H2O - alcohol system, such as PEG - H2O, β - CD - H2 O, glucose - H2O, glycerin - H20 ,confirmed the optimal condition as follow, using PEC,400 as alcohol in aqueous media ,the optimal ration of benzophenone to PEC400 was 2 : 1, the reaction time was 0.5 h, the yield of product was higher than 97.2%. The react was carried out in room temperature, work - up procedure was very simple, and friendliness to environment.
