摘要
通过对湖南省湘维有限公司聚乙烯醇老装置在清洁生产方面存在的问题进行分析,提出了聚乙烯醇新生产线实现清洁生产的措施:①乙炔发生工艺采用干法乙炔工艺;②电石渣处理工艺采用窑外分解新型干法水泥工艺;③新上90 t/h循环流化床锅炉替代原35 t/h锅炉;④采用"炉内固硫+静电除尘+湿法烟气脱硫"的脱硫除尘工艺替代原旋流板脱硫除尘工艺和水膜除尘工艺;⑤采用节能效果明显的低碱法皮带醇解工艺;⑥综合应用各种节能技术,降低聚乙烯醇产品综合能耗。
Through analyzing these available problems on cleaner production on the old PVA unit of Hunan Xiangwei Co. , Ltd. , measures with which cleaner production on the new PVA unit will carried out are put outside forward: (1)Dry acetylene generation process should be adopted; (2)The new decomposition the kiln dry process for cement production should be adopted in the treatment of carbide slag; (3) The original 35t/h boilers should be replaced by the new 90t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers; (4) Original wet desulfurization and precipitation with swirl board scrubber and water film should be replaced by desulfurization ; (5)Low dedusting process sulfur fixation inside the boiler, static electricity precipitator and wet flue gas alkalinity alcoholysis with obvious effect on energy - saving should be adopted ; (6) The various energy - saving technologies should be applied to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of PVA.
