实验证明家蚕细胞人 α-干扰素注射液 (IHIFN- α) 1× 10 5,2× 10 5,3× 10 5Iu/kg im对小鼠一般行为和协调运动均无影响 ,对阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠亦无协同作用 ,该药 0 .2× 10 5,0 .4×10 5,0 .6× 10 5Iu/kg im对麻醉犬的血压、心率、心电、呼吸频率和幅度亦无影响。
