前列腺摘除后尿失禁的原因与对策被引量：1

摘要前列腺增生症和前列腺癌的治疗目前仍以前列腺全摘除手术为主,而前列腺摘除术后尿失禁高达20%～34%.本文对我科前列腺全摘除术后患者出现排尿异常病因进行分析,并对其预防和治疗进行了讨论,现报告如下.1
