摘要 目的:用蟾蜍的坐骨神经模型对长春新碱是否存在神经毒性进行观察。方法:分离蟾蜍的坐骨神经干(24根),分两组,用含不同浓度长春新碱的任氏药液浸泡60 min,取出放到屏蔽盒中,测定阈值后,用其正常状态下测出的最大刺激检测传导速度、正负相峰值。结果:长春新碱在3μg·mL^(-1)浓度下,可造成坐骨神经干的兴奋阈值显著升高(P<0.001),同时传导信号的峰值也有显著下降(峰峰值)(P<0.05),本实验中发现主要是对正相峰有显著的抑制作用。结论:长春新碱可造成神经干损伤,使下肢无力或无法控制。 Objective:The nerve toxity of vinblastine was studied by using the toad sciatic nerve truck model. Methods : The sciatic nerve trunks of toads were isolated and soaked in ringer's solution containing different concentration of vinblastine for 60 min. Take out and put them respectively on the shielded boxes, mensurat the threshold. The conduction of velocity, positive and negative of peak value of the sciatic nerve were also mensurated by using its' maximal stimulus under the normal condition. Results:The threshold significant increased(P 〈 0. 001 ) and the peak value of peak - peak signal shrinked ( P 〈 0.05 ) at low concentration ( 3 μg· mL^-1) of viblastine. The inhibitory action being notable discovered mainly had to be found positive peak value in the experiment. Conclusion:Vin- blastine may bring about nerve doing loss and makes lower limbs lack strength or out - of - control.
