摘要
目的:建立测定荧光素钠注射液含量及有关物质的 HPLC 测定方法;方法:选用 Hypersil C^(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺(400:595:5),磷酸调 pH 至3.0。检测波长为254 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温:25℃。结果:本法测定荧光素钠在1~5 μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99 7%(n=9)。结论:本法准确可靠,灵敏度高,重现性好。
Objective:An HPLC method was established to determine content and related substances of fluorescein sodium injection. Methods: The HPLC system consisted of Hypersil C 18 column ( 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water- triethylamine (400: 595: 5) adjusted pH to 3.0 by phosphoric acid as mobile phase with UV detection at 254 nm, flow rate : 1.0 mL ·min^-1, column temperature 25 ℃. Results : The standard curve was linear within a range of 1 - 5 μg·mL^- 1 ( r = 0. 9999 ). The average recovery was 99.7% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
