摘要
目的:建立达斯玛保丸中没食子酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用 Symmetry C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4 6 mm,5 μm);流动相为水-冰醋酸-甲醇(98:1:1),流速:1 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:273 nm;柱温:35 ℃:用外标法定量。结果:没食子酸在0.1732~0.866 μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.0%(n=9)。结论:所建方法简便、可靠,可用于达斯玛保丸的质量控制。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of gallic acid contents in Dasimabao pills. Methods:HPLC was performed on a Symmetry Cls analytical column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm) with water-acetic acid glacial -methanol(98: 1:1 ) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 273 nm and column temperature was 35 ℃. Results : The linear range was 0. 1732 - 0. 866 μg ( r = 0. 9999 ). The average recovery(n = 9) was 100. 0%. Conclusion:The method is convenient, reliable and suitable for the determination of gallic acid in Dasimabao pills.
