摘要 羟基瞵灰石色谱以羟基磷灰石填充色谱柱,具有较高的分离效率,并能保持生物分子较高的活性,已广泛用于生物分子的分离纯化。本文简要介绍了羟基磷灰石的吸附、洗脱机理,并详细评述了羟基磷灰石色谱在生物分离中的应用、研究进展及展望。 Hydroxyapatite chromatography has been applied widely to separation and purification of biomolecule with hydroxyapatite packing chromatography columms, due to its high separate efficiency and the ability of keeping activity of biomolecule. In this review, the development and mechanism of hydroxyapatite chromatography are introduced amply. Additionally, the application and developing tendency of hydroxyapatite chromatography are also discussed.
