摘要
根据评价指标的观察值所能够提供的信息量来确定权重,对传统DTOPSIS法进行改进,避免传统DTOPSIS法由主观判断确定指标权重方法的不确定性和随意性。根据神华集团铁路实际运营特点,建立以运输量、效率、质量、收益主结构绩效评估体系,运用改进DTOPSIS法对铁路运输绩效进行评估。
The paper improves the traditional DTOPSIS, establishes a transport performance evaluation system which consists of transpert volume, efficiency, quality and profit based on the actual operation characteristics of Shenhua group＇s railway and uses the improved DTOPSIS to evaluate the railway transport performance.
