供应链环境下多级库存管理模式的分析比较 被引量:9

摘要 对国内外学者关于多级库存问题的研究内容进行了梳理,从中可以看到现有的供应链环境下多级库存的管理模式,在不同程度上体现了系统、集成、协同的思想,而CPFR(Collaborative Planning,Forecasting & Replenishment,CPFR)建立在JMI(Joint Management Inventory)和VMI(Vendor Management Inventory)的最佳分级实践基础上,同时摒弃了JMI和VMI中的主要缺点。通过对这三种模式的分析和比较,给出了多级库存管理模式的进一步发展趋势。 The paper analyzes and compares three stock management modes such as CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment), JMI (Joint Management Inventory) and VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) and proposes the further development trend of multi-stage stock management modes.
