基于SCOR的钢管企业订单全生命周期管理的研究

Research on Whole Life Cycle of Orders in Steel Tube Plant Based on SCOR

在对我国钢管企业传统定单管理现状分析的基础上,提出了一种基于SCOR研究钢管企业的订单全生命周期管理模式。同时根据SCOR的相关理论对钢管企业的订单进行了分类,分析了每类订单从产生到完成的全生命周期的整个过程。最后基于该理论,为天津市的某钢管生产企业研发了MES系统,并已在该企业成功实施。

Analyzing the present situation of traditional order management of China Steel Tube plants, the paper puts forward a whole life cycle order management mode based on SCOR, classifies the orders based on the relevant theories of SCOR and analyzes the entire process of the whole life cycle of every kind of orders.
