基于数字矿山建设的煤炭物流管理技术及应用研究

Application of Coal Logistics Management Technology Based on the Construction of Digital Mine

数字矿山建设给矿山发展带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,但数字矿山建设普遍存在"重生产,轻管理"的思想,在数字矿山建设中没有树立煤炭物流管理的理念。针对这一情况,以露天煤矿为例,对煤炭物流特点、存在问题及应用技术进行了深入分析,提出了将物流管理纳入数字矿山建设体系的思想,论述了数字矿山建设需要重点解决的物流问题,特别指出废弃物流与生产物流密不可分。

Taking open-air coal mine as an example, the paper analyzes the features, problems and applied technologies of coal logistics, proposes that logistics management should be put into the construction system of digital mine and discusses the key logistics problems which must be solved in digital mine construction, especially waste logistics and production logistics.
