项目后学习的影响因素、模式与角色定位探析 被引量:3

摘要 20世纪90年代再次掀起了组织学习研究的热潮,然而,作为知识获取与分享重要来源之一的项目后学习,却一直没有受到应有的重视。本文对国外相关文献进行了系统梳理,就项目后学习的影响因素、学习模式、角色定位等问题进行了详细的剖析。最后,对项目后学习涉及的几个尚不明晰的领域进行了简要的探讨和展望,以期为后续研究奠定基础。
