摘要
本文的研究目的主要是在解释个人接受BPR的原因的基础上.研究BPR实施技术和方法对个人接受行为的影响,并寻求有效地提高个人接受程度的技术与方法。本文构建BPR实施方法与BPR个人接受影响因素相关关系的概念模型,利用描述性统计方法,从实证研究的角度验证了BPR实施方法与BPR个人接受影响因素的相关关系模型。
The goal of the paper is to discuss the relationship between the BPR techniques and methodologies and the factors of individual acceptance towards BPR project. The paper establishes the research framework. By collecting the data from the survey, the paper brings out the technique guidance which can help to solve the acceptance problem caused by the affect constructs through descriptive statistical analysis. And from correlate and regression analysis, the paper verifies the relationship model of the BPR implementation methodologies and the factors of individual acceptance.
