北京四合院使用格局和空间格局转变探因

The cause analysis to the transformation of the functional structure and spatial structure of Siheyuan in Beijing

针对北京四合院向大杂院转变过程中的一些问题,对传统观点提出质疑。重点借助北京史、北京人口史的研究,对多户杂居产生的时间,民国时多户杂居普遍化的根本原因以及上世纪七八十年代以来四合院中私搭乱建现象产生的社会历史背景,阐述了自己的观点。

In allusion to the problems of Beijing SiHeYuan transforming to courtyard, this paper questions the traditional view. Based on the studies of the history of Beijing and the historical population of Beijing, it explains the reason and the time that several families share one courtyard together, and the social and historical background that many constructions inside SiHeYuan are built without permission in the 1970s and 1980s.
