生态城市建设模式的国际比较与借鉴

The international comparison and reference of the construction model of ecological cities

外国生态城市建设主要采取政府导向型、科技先导型、项目带动型、交通引导型、组织驱动型、城乡互动型建设等模式。借鉴国际建设模式和发展经验,我国应采取如下措施加快生态城市建设:发挥政府职能作用,加强科技创新的基础作用,实施重点突破战略,构建生态城市交通体系,引导公众广泛参与,强化城乡融合建设理念。

The construction of eco-city is one of the important paths which achieve the basic national policy of protecting the resources and environment in China. The foreign construction of eco-city mainly adopts a government-directed type, science-and-technology-led type, transportation-led type, organization-driven type, urban-and-rural-interacted type, and so on. By using the experience of other countries, this paper points out that it should adopt measures to accelerate the construction of eco-city, such as bring the governmental effect into full play, strengthen the effect of innovation for science and technology, carry out the strategy of key breakthrough, set up the transporta- tion system of eco-city, guide public to participate extensively, and enhance the idea of urban and rural integration.
