摘要
用人工合成的人胰岛素原类似物基因大肠杆菌表达产物免疫 BALB/ c小鼠制备免疫脾细胞 ,与小鼠骨髓瘤 SP2 / 0细胞系融合 ,建立了 7株能分泌抗胰岛素单克隆抗体 (Mc Ab)的杂交瘤细胞系。间接 EL ISA和免疫印迹试验结果表明 ,该单克隆抗体对人。
