对血红素氧化酶的诱导在整体水平上表现为血红素氧化速率提高了 8倍 ;在培养的肝组织水平 ,诱导后单位重量组织的酶活力单位也提高了 8- 10倍 ;在酶分子水平上 ,酶活力表现与诱导剂的存在与否无关 ,排除了诱导剂作为激活剂或辅因子的作用。实验结果表明该酶的诱导能被放线菌素 D和嘌呤霉素抑制并表现出不同的抑制效应 ,但与
