国产果糖二磷酸钠对42例冠心病心绞痛患者的作用 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF FRUCTOSE-1,6-D1PHOSPHATE IN PATIENTS WITH STABLE ANGINA PECTORIS

摘要 采用随机双官交叉对照法观察国产FDP对冠心病心绞痛患者的影响.42用心绞痛患者随机分为A、B组.A组给予安慰剂(5%GS100ml)iv gtt,bid×1od;继予FDP 10g iv gtt,bid×10d;B组治疗与A组相同而顺序相反.心绞痛患者分别在安慰剂和FDP治疗前和治疗的最后2d行ECG平板运动负荷试验,24h动态ECG及放射性核素门电路平衡法心血池造影.结果显示:JDP能延长运动持续时间,运动起始至心绞痛发作时间,运动起始至ST段下降1mm时间及运动起始至达到最大ST段下降时间;提高患者所耐受的最大运动负荷和运动起始至ST段下降1mm负荷.增加LVEF和PFR.对静息及运动HR和BP均无显著作用;FDP也能使无病性心肌缺血的时间总和及心肌缺血总负荷减小.提示FDP iv gtt后可在一定程度上改善也定型心绞痛患者的运动能力及左心室功能,减少无症状心肌缺血的发生. Experimental studies showed that fructose-1, 6-diphosphate (FDP)suppliedexogenously improved hemodynamic parameters,attenuated electrocardiography assessed in-jury and loss of ATP from ischemic myocardium. The effects of FDP were evaluated in 42 pa-tients with stable angina pectoris using a double blind,placebo-controlled,crossover trial de-sign. After their angina was stabilized, the patients were randomly assigned to sequence group A or B. Group A received a placebo intravenously(iv gtt)2 times daily for 10 days and then FDP l0g iv gtt 2 times daily for 10 days. Group B received the same treatment in the re-verse order. Treadmill exercise test, radionuclear angiography and Holter-monitoring were performed before and in the last two days of placebo or FDP treatment. The results showed that FDP prolonged exercise duration,time to angina pectoris and time to ST segment de-pression exceeding 1 mm, increased maximum exercise burden, shortened the total time of silent ischemia and decreased total ischemic burden. FDP also improved left ventricular ejec-tion fraction and peak filling rate. These results indicated that FDP is beneficial to patients with stable angina pectoris. It prolongs exercise duration,decreases total ischemic burden and improves left ventricular function.
