消化道肿瘤患者血清VEGF及TP检测的临床意义 被引量:3

Clinical Significance of Detection of Serum VEGF and TP Levels in the Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumors

摘要 探讨患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)检测在消化道肿瘤诊断及预后判断中的临床意义。用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测了89例消化道肿瘤患者血清中的VEGF和TP水平,并与83例消化道良性疾病患者及45名健康对照者进行了比较分析。结果显示,消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清中的VEGF及TP水平显著高于消化道良性疾病患者(P<0.01,P<0.05)及健康对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01);消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清中的VEGF及TP含量与临床分期及病理分级密切相关,均随着临床分期及病理分级的升高而逐渐增加,其含量分别在临床分期IV期和病理分级III级时到达最高(P<0.01,P<0.01),且消化道肿瘤患者VEGF与TP含量呈显著正相关(r=0.8427,P=0.007)。联合检测血清中的VEGF和TP含量简便快捷,可用于消化道肿瘤的辅助诊断及肿瘤的恶性程度判断及预后观察。 To explore the clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and thymidine phosphorylase (TP) in the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal tumors, the serum VEGF and TP levels in 89 patients with gastrointestinal tumors, 83 patients with benign gastrointestinal diseases and 45 healthy controls were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA. The results showed that the serum VEGF and TP levels in patients with gastrointestinal tumors were significantly higher than those in patients with benign gatrointestinal disease(P〈0.01, P〈0.05) and healthy controls(P〈0.01 ,P〈0. 01). The serum levels of VEGF and TP of cancer patients were closely related to its clinical stage and pathological grade. The serum VEGF and TP contents gradually increased as the progression of the clinical stage and pathological grade. The serum VEGF and TP levels reached the highest level at clinical stage Ⅳ and pathological grade Ⅲ (P〈0.01 ,P〈0. 01). The serum VEGF level was positively correlated with the TP level in patients with gastrointestinal tumors (r = 0. 8427,P=0. 007). The combined detection of VEGF and TP can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors and the judgment of tumor malignancy and prognosis.
