摘要 针对传统设备故障诊断技术难以满足分散且复杂系统的问题求解和实时性故障诊断的要求,将分布式人工智能与现场总线技术相结合,利用计算机能快速有效提取故障信号的特征,提出基于CAN总线的分布式监测诊断系统,并分析了该系统的组成原理、功能结构和实现方法。在通讯协议的设计上,根据CAN总线的特点,设计了一套相对完整的通讯协议,提高了数据传输过程的可靠性,准确性和快速性。 Traditional fault diagnosis is difficult to solve the separate and complicated system and the need of real-time diagnosis, so by connecting the distributed artificial intelligence with the field bus techniques as well as adopting computer which can extract fault symp- toms rapidly, a distributed monitoring and diagnostic system based on CAN bus is put forward. Then the composing principium and functional realization of the system is analyzed. In the communication protocol designing, according to the feature of CAN bus, a relative complete communication protocol is given to enhance the reliability and validity of data transmission.
