摘要 分析了西江洪水预警预报系统第四期(简称西洪四期)项目建设的业务需求时效,介绍了准实时、实时和非实时3种系统的工作和适用情况,根据分析将西江洪水预警预报系统划分到准实时系统,依据准实时通信条件选择报讯体制,提出了针对西洪四期工程的报讯体制和方法。西洪四期报汛体制的设计,保证了系统的实用性、可靠性和经济性。 This paper gives an analysis on business requirements and timeliness for the fourth period project construction of Xi River flood forecasting and early warning system. The system operation and applicable conditions under three modes of real-time, quasi-real-time and non-real-time are presented. According to the analysis, the system will adopt quasi-real-time mode. Flood forecasting system and methods of the period project are put forward on the basis of quasi-real-time system communication condition. The design of flood forecasting system for the project will ensure the system' s practicability, reliability and economic efficiencies.
