摘要
随着电网容量的增大,民用电比例越来越大,造成电网峰谷差越来越大,这样就要求一些机组进行调峰。低负荷运行是机组偏离经济工况,参数偏离设计值,造成机组的能耗很大,效率非常低。因此要满足电网调峰不断变化,电网任意调整变工况运行,且能达到节能的目的,力求机组在经济工况下运行,这就要求机组有必要采用滑压运行方式。本文着重对机组的滑压运行的经济性、安全性等方面进行一定的分析,在实际中应根据机组的不同特点采用不同的运行方式。
Along with the capacity enlargement of the national electrical network, the proportion of civil electricity is increasing daily, causing the difference between the peak and the drop in grid capacity to grow worse. Thus, more electrical units are required to participate in the peak sharing. When working with a lower load, the electrical units deviate from economic conditions and the parameters deviate from the designed value, resulting in the significant energy consumption. Therefore, to meet the ever - change grid peak shaving, arbitrary adjustment of operating conditions change and to achieve the purpose of energy saving, we should try to make the electrical units run under economic conditions, which called for the units to work with a sliding pressure mode. This paper aims at the theoretical analysis and study of the sliding operation's economic and security aspects. In practical work, we still need to identify the doable operating mode according to the different unit characters and through thermal test.
