脓毒性休克时大鼠心、肝、肾组织能量代谢的变化

CHANGES OF ENERGY METABOLISM IN HEART, LIVER AND KINDEY TISSUE IN RATS DURING SEPTIC SHOCK

摘要 参照Wichterman等盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)改良方法复制脓毒性休克模型,观察了大鼠心、肝、肾组织能量代谢的变化规律。CLP后4h出现心率增加,6h时平均动脉压开始显著下降;肝组织在CLP后5h磷酸肌酸(PC)含量明显降低(P<0.05),6h时肝脏三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量、肾脏PC和ATP含量均明显降低,心肌PC、ATP含量显著下降则分别始于CLP后6h及7h。结果提示脓毒性休克时存在脏器组织能量代谢障碍,可能与组织低灌注、氧摄取利用功能降低有关。 Aim: To observe the Changes of energy metabolism in heart, liver and kindey tissues in rats during septic shock. Method: The model was established by cecum ligation and puncture (CLP) according to modified Wichterman's method. Heart rate increased at the 4h after CLP and mean arterial pressure decreased significantly at the 6h after CLP. At the 5h after CLP,phosphocreatine (PC) levels were lowed (P<0. 05)in liver tissues. Reductions both in hepatic adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and renal PC and ATP levels were present. Myocardial PC and ATP levels decreased significantly at the 6h、 7h after CLP, respectively. The results show that a disturbance of tissue energy metabolism exists during septic shock. The reason may be related to tissue low blood perfusion and defective ability to utilize oxygen.
