摘要
鉴于西方美学的研究发展史,饮食美学内涵的准确界定不仅是饮食美学研究科学立论的前提,还担负着为饮食美学研究的持续发展导向的重大责任。根据中西方"烹饪"、"餐饮"与"饮食"词源词义,认为涵盖人类饮食活动所有美的创造的学科名称是饮食美学。它是专门研究饮食活动领域美及其审美规律的新兴交叉学科。
According to the research history of Western aesthetics, an accurate definition of the content of dietetic aesthetics not only premises further study, but also shoulders more responsibility for the guidance of sustainable development in this field. Based on the study of the derivation of "cuisine", "catering" and "food and drink", it is concluded that dietetic aesthetics, as an umbrella name of a subject, covers all the human aesthetical-creativity-oriented dietetic activities. Dietetic aesthetics is an new interdiscipline, which specializes in study of dietetic activities and aesthetic law.
