摘要
介绍了中国石化浙江石油物流中心运用系统化思维和方法,构建成品油物流精细化管理模式的实践经验和体会,在运行实践的基础上,总结出在条块间构建和谐的协作管理模式,形成对物流精细化管理的合力;不断完善制度建设,提高物流精细化管理的执行力;应用信息化技术,强化物流精细化管理的控制力。成品油精细化管理需要合力、执行力、控制力三者的共同作用。
Applying systematized thinking and method and the experience in constructing oil product logistics fine management mode and basing on the operation practice,SINOPEC Zhejiang Petroleum Logistics Center concluded the synergic management mode which formed the resultant force for logistics fine management,improved the executive ability of logistics fine management by perfecting system,and strengthened the control force for logistics fine management by applying information technology.The combined action of the resultant force,executive ability and the control force was required for the product oil fine management.
