对加油站改造施工中产生安全事故的原因进行了分析,指出存在的主要问题有:安全监督管理不完善,安全防范措施不到位和施工人员安全意识不强。提出要明确安全监督管理责任,对施工队伍的资质、施工方案和应急预案进行审核,加强对施工队伍的安全教育和考核及对施工过程落实安全督察和竣工验收等项措施。

The factors causing safety accident during the construction of gas station modification are analyzed,and the main problems are pointed out that safety supervision management is not perfect,safety prevention measures are not implemented,and constructors' safety consciousness is faint.The countermeasures are suggested such as defining the responsibility of safety supervision and management,inspecting the qualification of construction team,construction scheme and emergency proposal,strengthening the safety education and examination for construction team and implementing safety supervision during construction.
