摘要
以实际油库为例,采用层次分析和模糊综合评价相结合的AHP-Fuzzy方法,对其进行风险评价,求得了该油库的失效因素等级,认为AHP-Fuzzy法在石油风险评价中具有较好的实用性。
The risk evaluation of oil depot using advanced and rational methods is of great practical significance for the safety level improvement.Taking an actual oil depot as an example,the safety status can be obtained using the AHP-Fuzzy method,which provides an effective quantitative method for the risk evaluation of oil depot.
