摘要 综述了番茄红素的生理功能及其机理、提取工艺、稳定性等方面的研究,为番茄红素的深入研究积累了基础性资料。 In this paper, the study on physiological function and mechanism.extracting technology.stability of lycopene were reviewed. The basic materials were accumulated for further research of lycopene.
