摘要
为了使船员在尽可能短的时间内熟悉对Inmarsat-F(以下称F站)的操作,同时又必须兼顾培训成本,介绍一种以PC和以太网作为硬件平台,以VC作为软件开发工具,并基于C/S和P2P方式的,在Windows操作系统下使用的F站手柄终端模拟器设计。整个系统完全以Fleet77为原型,最后实现了语音通信、紧急求救、短消息发送等功能。整套系统的最终测试完全满足IMO教学大纲(草案)中对F站手柄终端模拟器的培训要求。鉴于国内目前没有完整的F站模拟器产品,本系统能够填补F站模拟器培训的空白,并且兼有成本低、模块化设计升级方便等特点,满足了国内各个培训机构对F站培训的要求。
In order to make Inmarsat-F familiar to sailors in a short time and to lower the training cost, a design of Inmarsat-F simulator based on PC and Ethernet is introduced. Taking Fleet77 as the prototype, the whole system is developed under Windows with VC＋＋ in C/S and P2P modes, with functions such as voice communication, emergency calls, short message sending etc. It completely meets the requirements of new IMO teaching outline. This Inmarsat-F simulator fills the gap in the domestic market and satisfies China＇s training institutions with features such as low cost, modularization and easy to updating etc.
