摘要 为了提高船舶航行的安全性,并为船舶的日常管理和安全救助提供指导和帮助,提出建立基于无线网路(CDMAIX)的船舶监控系统。该系统利用CDMA1X无线网络传输船舶GPS动态信息和MPEG-4视频信息,集船舶动态监控和视频监控于一体。针对岸上因特网与船舶局域网用户的不同带宽,使用一种视频分级传输架构,对不同带宽的用户发送不同质量的视频流。同时为了提高视频无线传输的速度和质量,采用多路CDMA1X信道捆绑拓宽带宽技术传输船舶视频信息。渤海湾烟大线(Yantai-Dalian)客滚船上的实际测试表明:该系统完全满足近岸船舶监控的实际需要。 The Web-based ship dynamic and video monitoring system aims at improving safety of navigation and providing supervision and help for salvage at sea. It integrates ship dynamic monitoring and network video monitoring by using MPEG4 video compressing technology, CDMA1X wireless communication technology and Web technology. This system issues ship dynamic information and ship video information based on Client-Server model. Because the bandwidth of remote client in Internet is different from that of local client in Ship-LAN, a scalable video delivery framework is put forward to meet the requirements of different bandwidth clients. In this system, wireless communication technology of CDMA1X is adopted to transfer the information of GPS dynamic positioning and ship video. In order to reduce cost and meet quality requirement of video image, CDMA1X multi-channel binding technology is used to increase bandwidth. The test results of a passenger-cargo ship at Yantai-Dalian sea route of Bohai Bay indicate that this system satisfies the requirement of near shore ship monitoring completely.
