摘要
随着经济全球化进程的加速,海运在国际贸易的地位日益重要,船舶安全管理成为关注的焦点。为加大船舶管理力度,提升对船舶安全工作的控制力,准确掌握船舶技术状态与航行安全,实施船舶状态综合评估。针对船舶状态综合评估的传统方法的主观性与单一性,考虑到船舶评估的复杂性,采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的方法来建立船舶状态层次模糊综合评估模型,使船舶状态综合评估的结果更为科学、客观,并结合实例进行阐述。
Ship safety management is becoming a focus when marine shipping in international trade is increasingly important with the development of economy globalization. To improve ship management and ensure ship safety, many shipping companies have carried out assessment to know ship states. Illustrated by an example, an integrated ship state assessment model is constructed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE). This assessment results are more scientific and objective than the traditional ones.
