摘要
目的:明了中国不同地区(包括广东与云南)庚型肝炎病毒(HGV)株5′端非编码区(NCR)序列的差异。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应扩增 HGV 5′NCR cDNA 片段,产物为238bp,纯化后直接测定核苷酸序列。结果:HGV 广东株与云南株5′NCR 的同源性为96.97%,他们与国外株的同源性介乎86.36%~90.91%。结论:广东株与云南株5′NCR 的同源性较大,与国外分离株的同源性较小;不同碱基在序列中呈散在分布;HGV 核酸变异可能与地域因素有关。
Objective:To explore the nucleotide sequence variation of 5′ non-coding region (5′NCR) of hepatitis G virus (HGV) strains from different districts in china including Guangdong province and Yunnan province.Methods:HGV 5′NCR cDNA was amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).The products with 238bp size were purified and then directly sequenced.Results:The nucleotide homology of HGV 5′NCR was 96.97% between Guangdong strain and Yunnan strain,86.36%~ 90.91% between them and several reported isolates from abroad.Conclusions:The homology between Guangdong strain and Yunnan strain was higher than that between Guangdong strain or Yunnan strain and isolates from abroad.Different nucleotides were randomly distributed throughout the sequences.Our results suggest that the nucleotide variation of HGV may be associated with geographical factor.
