采用系统工程的思想方法对公路建设项目进行后评价,总结经验教训,为未来新项目的决策提供改进建议。本文对公路建设项目后评价的主要内容进行了探讨,补充和完善了后评价内容及指标体系,提出采用属性综合评价法对公路项目进行后评价。对单指标属性隶属度函数的构造、多指标属性综合隶属度的计算和判断准则进行了详细说明,并论述了确定权重的方法,最后给出了评价实例,其结果表明所提方法的合理性和可行性。
