摘要
核心竞争力是新世纪图书馆的热门研究课题,并已取得大量研究成果。文章对图书馆核心竞争力的概念、定位、构建、管理等的研究成果作一梳理,并揭示其研究现状、存在问题及未来研究重点与研究方向。
The research of Core Competence is a hot topic in the 21^st century and large amount of products have been brought out till now. This paper combs the research production of the conception, orientation, construction, management of Core Competence of Library and aims at revealing the status of nowadays＇ Core Competence of Library research. Based on these, this paper points out the problems existed in nowadays＇ research and the future research focus as well as the research direction.
