摘要
我国的信息资源整合基本上分系统进行,缺乏技术沟通和管理沟通,由此提出了面向用户的服务平台构建问题。文章从这一现实出发,在分析信息资源整合平台跨系统建设需求与现存问题的基础上,按信息资源建设规划原则提出了跨系统平台模式和建设对策。
Information resource integration in China is carried on by each system, and lacks the technical and management communication, which puts forward the question of service platform construction user oriented. Starting from this realistic question and on the basis of demand and extant question in analysis of cross-system construction in information resource integration platform, this paper proposes the cross-system platform pattern and construction countermeasure according to the information resource construction principle.
