摘要
分析影响高校信息资源整合的因素有思想观念、馆员综合素质、信息技术、资金与信息用户五个方面,提出现阶段资源整合的策略是突出核心整合与完善全面整合相结合,并指出整合的深入将是围绕用户持续变化的信息需求行为而展开。
The article has analyzed the influence university information resource integration factors from five aspects of the thought idea, the librarian synthesize quality, the information technology, money and users, then the utilization contradictory analytic method proposed the present stage resource integration strategy is the prominent core integration and the consummation comprehensive integration unifies, and pointed out the integration thorough will be centers on the information need behavior which the user changes continually to launch.
