摘要
对20CrMnTi在(650~850)℃温度范围内进行的变形性能实验研究,给出了该材料温变形时的真实应力-应变曲线和低温形变热处理后工件力学性能与变形参数间的关系曲线;建立了该合金温变形时流变应力“峰值”与变形温度间的函数关系及低温形变热处理(淬火)后工件力学性能与变形参数间的关系式.结果表明,该材料具有良好的温成形性能;低温形变热处理可得到良好的力学性能.
In this paper, some experiments were done for 20CrMnTi under the conditions of temperature range between 650 ℃ and 850 ℃. The stress strain curve of alloy for warm deforming process and the curve between mechanical properties of workpiece after low deformed heat treatment and deformation parameters have been given. An equation between the peak rheological stress of this alloy for warm deforming process and deformation temperature and an equation between mechanical properties of workpiece after low deformed heat treatment(quenching) and deformation parameters have been established. The results show that this material has excellent warm forming properties and higher mechanical properties can be gained after low deformed heat treatment.
