双液法钢化薄玻璃的力学性能分析

摘要 本文采用双液法钢化薄玻璃,以两种互不相溶的液体作为冷却介质,使玻璃在淬火过程中冷却的更快,更均匀,钢化后性能更好。本文主要从力学及结构方面对钢化前后的玻璃性能进行了分析,研究表明双液法能够钢化出要求精度较高的薄玻璃。通过了解薄玻璃在液体介质中的强化行为,分析薄玻璃在双液介质中的钢化机理,从而找到更加优越的钢化薄玻璃的新方法。 In order to make the glass cooling more quickly ,more uniform ,have better performance after tempered ,we tempered thin glass using two kinds of liquid,which don't dissolve with each other. In this paper,we mainly analysed the mechanics and structure of the glass before and after tempering. The results shows that toughening glass using two kinds of liquid can obtain thin glass having better performance. Through studying the temper behavior and analysing the temper theory of thin glass in liquid, we found a new method to temper thin glass.
