摘要 针对最新引进的日产棒状X型聚丙烯纤维,对不同纤维掺量、不同强度等级的混凝土抗拉强度进行了试验研究,试验结果显示:①对于普通强度C30混凝土,随着X型聚丙烯纤维掺量增大,混凝土抗拉强度呈现出先逐渐增大而后又有所下降的趋势;对于高强C50混凝土,随着X型聚丙烯纤维掺量增大,混凝土抗拉强度则呈现出逐渐增大的趋势。②当纤维体积掺量控制在0.5%以内,纤维混凝土抗拉强度明显高于基准混凝土抗拉强度;且相同纤维掺量的C30混凝土抗拉强度增大幅度高于C50混凝土抗拉强度增大幅度。 Aiming at X-shape bar polypropylene fiber made in Japan, this paper studies on tensile strength of the concrete with different strength grade and different fiber content through experiments. The test results show that, (1)for the ordinary strength C30 concrete, the tensile strength of the concrete first enlarges and then drops with the increase of the X- shape fiber content, and for the C50 high-strength concrete, the tensile strength of the concrete is showing a gradually increasing trend with the increase of the X- shape polypropylene fiber content. (2) when the fiber content of the volume is less than 0.5% in the concrete, the tensile strength of the fiber concrete is obviously higher than that of the nomlal concrete, and the increase of the C30 concrete's tensile strength is higher than that of the C50 concrete tensile strength for the concrete of same fiber content.
